First of all I was encouraged to see a sakura-flavored product that wasn't a sugary chocolate or bakery item! I eat greek yogurt regularly and enjoy the Partheno brand, and was excited to see a springtime inspired flavor. The amount of protein in these small yogurt tubs is really good -- a full 7 grams of protein for a full tub that clocks in at only 82 calories. It works well at keeping you full, which I appreciate! The flavor itself was very good, too. While I associate peach more with summertime here in Japan, I was happy to see it included in the flavor combo (I love peach things!), and it worked surprisingly well with the floral notes of the sakura flavor. The yogurt itself has a wonderfully creamy consistency, and it's great if you're looking for a healthier option to kick your sweets cravings.

Price wise at 150 yen it's quite a small tub of yogurt. I paid full price for this, but sometimes I see yogurt products discounted at my AEON supermarket when they get closer to their use-by dates -- I will be keeping my eyes peeled for this product at a reduced cost to justify purchasing more of it, but I'd probably still pay full price too. Other than that I don't have any major complaints, it's a great seasonal flavor that manages to have a decent health aspect to it too. I'd recommend trying it either on its own or mixed with granola or cereal for a more complete meal or snack option.
