These glue sticks were something I just added to my Amazon cart because we tend to blow through them pretty quickly as a family who enjoy crafty pursuits! I also like that they look cute and fun because of the bright colors and fun illustrations on the packaging -- I know that has nothing to do with the functionality of the product itself, but I guess I was sucked in by the marketing ;) The actual product works well, though -- the glue glides smoothly and I feel like the sticks themselves are a good size, bigger than some other glue stick brands I've ordered via Amazon JP before. At under 80 yen per glue stick I think the value for money is alright.

Depending on what your local 100 yen store(s) stock in the way of stationery, you will probably find better value there, especially if they have bulk glue stick packs instead of individual ones. In saying that, I had a few 100 yen to spare on my Amazon gift card balance and wanted to use it up, and these were perfect for that. My kids and I are already using them for crafting tasks, and I would probably buy them again in the future if I was looking for the convenience of ordering them online rather than heading in to a store.
