The description

This product is the LEGO Plum Blossoms set (set # 10369). I purchased it online from Amazon Japan but you can likely find it wherever you purchase Lego from.

The good

If you're looking for a Lego set that feels quite Japanese, this plum blossom option from the Lego Botanicals range is a great choice. It was priced under 4000 yen which I think is pretty decent value, and the set has 327 pieces -- it's a good sized set where it's not so small that it's super quick to put together, but not so large that it feels tedious. I love that Lego has morphed over to paper-based bags instead of plastic inside the box, and I also love that this works great as house decor as opposed to actual flowers that end up dying. Love it for a pop of color on a shelf!

The not so good

I don't really have much at all to complain about with this set. It's such a nice piece of house decor, and it reminds me of the Feb/March plum blossom season! I got this as a birthday gift for myself but I think it works really well for anyone who likes flowers but would like something that lasts longer than a bouquet, or for someone who might have allergies that are triggered by real flowers. I highly recommend the whole Lego Botanicals range, I have a few items from it and they are so much fun to build and display. I love this one in particular because of the Japanese vibes it exudes.
