Like pudding? Like souffle-style pancakes? This fun product from Family Mart merges them both together in this layered dessert option. It contains five main layers: custard pudding at the bottom, then whipped cream, caramel sauce, a fluffy souffle-style hotcake, and a piece of butter that manages to taste lightly of pudding (kinda vanilla-ish). I loved how everything worked together, and as a big fan of pudding I thought this was really delicious. If you're also a fan of pudding, or those amazingly fluffy souffle pancakes, I recommend giving this a try if you see it in store.

This is definitely one of the more expensive dessert offerings at convenience stores at the moment. I thoroughly enjoyed it and probably would purchase it again if I had a craving for it, but price-wise I don't think it's the best value for money product on shelves right now. Also, for a snack it's higher in calories than a lot of other sweet offerings too. This sat at 350 calories for the whole thing. Other than those couple of considerations, this was 100% delicious and I loved the flavors and how well everything worked together. I'm disappointed it's only a limited-time thing!
