Komeda Coffee does a great job of releasing fun, new flavors of their classic shiro noir dessert throughout the year, and their latest offering is this pistachio rouge shiro noir. The usual danish base is topped with a pistachio sauce, and then you've got the usual soft serve ice cream and some raspberry sauce on top of that. Visually I think it looks quite eye catching -- the combo of the green and the red also manages to feel very festive and Christmassy, which may well have been by design from their marketing team! ;) Love that it comes in both mini and regular size so you can pick which one suits your appetite better. Really tasty and the flavor combo works well.

Obviously, one key downside if you find yourself really liking this flavor is that it's a limited time only offering. If it sounds like a must try item for you, I would suggest heading in to your nearest Komeda Coffee store sooner rather than later. Overall though, I think this is a yummy dessert and the flavors pair nicely together. It's also nice that you can get the mini sized option if you're not feeling the standard size, and even the mini is pretty mammoth if you ask me (enough to split if you're just after a lighter/smaller sweet treat).
