Weight Training in Japan; A Pain in the Joints!

What is this?!  My right hip has been hurting since last week, particularly when I try to twist my leg inwards.  It’s not a sharp pain.  It’s a dull ache.


I didn’t do anything particularly unusual in training last week; I must just be getting old!  I went to the gym to train yesterday as well, and the pain was still pretty strong.


I’ll keep an eye on it for a little while longer, but if there’s no improvement, I think I might go and get it checked out at a hospital.  Feels like maintaining health has become harder these days!


I do a lot of weight training but don’t spend so much time on stretching/flexibility.  Perhaps I should build up more strength in this area.
