In March 2026, 7-11 added these pastries to their lineup of baked goods. The item is two small buns lightly baked. The dough is baked with two kinds of sesame, black and white, and filled with cream cheese. The bread itself is soft, and the flavour of the white sesame and black sesame really shines. There is a generous amount of cream cheese inside. The two little buns make a good afternoon snack. I think if I can find these again, I'll toast them lightly to give them a little golden colour and to bring out the flavour.

These little goodies, ni shu no goma chiizu kurimu no pan, or sesame and cream cheese buns, are packed with flavour. I'd get them again. For 148 yen, they're not a bad price. Similar baked goods from stand-alone bakeries are usually priced higher. These little snacks don't skimp on white sesame and black sesame flavour. The ensemble is a fluffy, creamy, and nutty treat. They're quite soft, but not grainy despite the sesame. I think they may be best lightly toasted. They're a wee bit salty, and the calorie count is just under 150.
