Cheap Drunk: The NEW Asahi The Rich

Different breweries have been renewing their happoshu line up recently.

The NEW Sapporo Gold Star was awesome, and that made me wonder if one of my favourites would be just as good with the New The Rich.

I can say that this is still the great low malt beer that I have been a big fan of.

The rich flavour is very much there. It tastes deep and satisfying in many ways, matching the beautiful golden colour it has as well.

While I do not have the old one next to this for a taste test, this is without a doubt the level of a drink that should always be available.
