The Pikachu waffle is really cute and you can put it on top of the corn pottage so that is floating on top. It makes for a cute side dish. For people that like Pokemon and the character Pikachu this can be a nice little present. Unlike most food items at the Pokemon Center that are sweet, this is a savory food item, so people that don’t like sweet foods can enjoy this as well. The best before date is several months from purchase so you don’t have to worry about it expiring. Preparing the soup is very simple so everyone can do it without any issues.

As you would expect from instant soup the taste is not anything special. It is about the same as you would expect from an instant soup you can get at the supermarket. Compared to the supermarket soup this corn pottage is rather expensive though. Not an item for someone looking for good taste but rather an item for people that like the franchise as it is the case with most food items you can purchase at the Pokemon Center. In general instant foods are not very healthy so consumption should be limited.
