Second Day of 10+ Hours of Sunshine

Yesterday, October 8th. 2026, was the first time in 44 days that there was more than 10 straight hours of sunshine in the Kanto plain (the Greater Tokyo area). Reportedly, before October 8th the last time there was a long day of sunshine had been August 25th. It looks like, today, October 9th, is to be another full day of sunshine. 

The first thing I did yesterday was air the futons on the veranda. I miss being able to air and sun-kiss my futons when it has been raining and / or cloudy continuously. Did you air your futons yesterday too? What other things do you like to do when we get a full day of sunshine after a long period of rainy / cloudy weather?
