Avoid the commuter pass queues
Yesterday, for the first time in a long time, like at least 16 years, I had to buy a commuter pass. First, I went to a rural train station where there were literally hundreds of people queuing for the same thing. Then I went to a train station depot, where again, there was a queue of at least 200 people.
The first and most important tip; avoid getting a commuter pass on the day that the senior high school starts! I was lucky that I wanted to get a bus pass. Because here's the second tip: if you want to buy a bus pass go to a bus depot rather than a train station. After seeing the queues at the train stations, I drove to the bus depot where there was not even one other person queuing. And I got the pass within one minute!
The cost was the same, but the experience was so much better! Have you had to queue for a commuter pass in the past? How long did you have to wait?
