The idea behind the anniversary is encourage stronger relationships between landlords and tenants and to promote the value of good housing management.

Good Landlord Day also aims to raise awareness of the rental housing industry and the people who work behind the scenes to support it. Whether through maintenance, communication, or community building, the day highlights the positive impact that responsible landlords can have on the places people call home.
