Kumo-IZU
This place is a café and a souvenir shop. You can get very high quality Wagashi, cakes and parfaits. They also severe different teas and coffee. I would recommend the 1 millimeter Mt. Blanc cake. The chestnut cream is very nice and it is filled with a fluffy sponge cake and custard cream.
