Taiei Parking Area

Only parking area for miles

Taiei Parking Area is a pitstop on the Higashi Kanto Expressway. If you are coming from the Ken-o expressway it is one of only three parking areas for miles, from Shobu parking area in Kuki City, there is only Edosaki, Taiei and Sawara Parking areas. The Taiei is the first after you merge onto the Higashi Kanto Expressway from the Ken-o, but the Sawara Parking area is just a few kilometers after. It is a small parking area with just a 7-11, vending machines, a small seating area, toilets and a smoking area! But it is a super 7-11 with a lot of food choices. However, unfortunately, they don't sell many souvenirs.
