Cafeteria with craft beer and healthful deli food
Just steps from the north exit of Tochigi Station is this cafeteria-style restaurant that, according to Google Maps, is open all day every day. The restaurant has reasonably-priced bento box lunches and if you eat in, a selection of 25 healthful dishes, many appearing to be suitable for vegetarians. I stopped in for a craft beer (Farm Deli has a selection of Nikko Brewery beers) and a snack. You can easily connect to in-house wifi here, too.
