Cup Noodle - Italian Tomato

Another new flavor hit my grocery store. This flavor looked very familiar to my favorite Chili Tomato, however this was Italian Tomato (with basil)!! What caught my eye was the added basil packet at the top of the cup noodle packaging. Yet another interesting Cup Noodle to uncover. 

The reddish powder reminds me of the Chili Tomato. Also has about the same contents as the Chili Tomato Cup Noodle too.

When opening the cup noodle, it smelt almost like Chili Tomato, except maybe more like tomatoes. I was debating whether or not I should add the basil in, but I decided to add the basil after I added the boiling water.

I definitely like how this is full of tomato flavor, and with the basil it really reminds me of spaghetti or something in ramen form. It also wasn't as spicy as the regular Chili Tomato, which was nice, but it is still pretty salty. 

Like I said before, I don't really drink the soup base of these instant ramens, but this broth was really good so I drank it all, regardless it being really salty. I'm not sure if I enjoyed this flavor as much as I did because I have been craving spaghetti, or because it reminded me of my favorite Chili Tomato flavor. Regardless, I think this is a worthy flavor to check out! I'm not too sure if this flavor is for a limited time (most likely), but also Chili Tomato is still my favorite flavor.
