As a big yogurt fan (I eat some almost every day) I always appreciate new flavors, and this cool pink grapefruit option from Danone's Oikos range was one I spotted at my local Aeon supermarket recently. It's nice if you appreciate the fruity flavor mixed through the yogurt, as this one doesn't have the saucy fruit layer at the bottom -- it's just evenly distributed throughout already. It's a good option if you like tart, zingy feeling yogurt flavors, and I appreciate that it comes in with 10 grams of protein for a reasonable calorie count -- it does a good job of keeping you full for a decent chunk of time.

As I mentioned above, this particular flavor has the fruit mixed through the yogurt, instead of the saucy/syrupy layer at the bottom. If you prefer the latter, you might want to opt for a different flavor over this one.
