Tokyo named as the world's most diverse food city

It's no real surprise that Tokyo is a gem for foodies -- there are just so many top quality restaurants to choose from, whether that's big name Michelin star places or quiet mom and pop style shops. I thought it was interesting that a recent study from Travel & Leisure magazine also named the city as the world's most diverse foodie destination!

The article specifically noted that "Japan’s busiest capital, Tokyo, offers the world's most extensive variety of cuisines, scoring 8.67 out of 10."

I don't disagree that there are TONS of amazing food options in Tokyo, but I will say that some cuisines I've found difficult to find. For instance, in my home country there are some really amazing Greek restaurants, but I haven't come across any Greek food in Tokyo.

From an expat perspective, how would you rate Tokyo's food scene diversity? Are there any cuisines that are easy to come by in your home country, but a little trickier to find here?
