The good
This sweet potato donut with creamy salted butter is another of the sweet potato offerings at Misdo right now, and I think it's fab for anyone who's a fan of the sweet/salty flavor combo. The donut dough itself contains 1.3% sweet potato powder, and then it's topped with the salted butter sauce and a sprinkling of powdered sugar. It looks quite nice before you even taste it! Price wise I feel like it's pretty decent, too, coming in at under 200 yen whether you have it as a dine-in or to-go treat. Keep it in mind if you do appreciate the sweet and salty flavor mix!
The not so good
I know that not everyone out there is a fan of the sweet and salty flavor mix. If that's the case for you, then I wouldn't recommend this one for you. That's okay, though, as there are four other donuts in this range that might be more up your alley! Overall though, my family and I quite liked this one, particularly my husband and I! The sweet-salty taste is something we enjoy, and I think it balances the flavors nicely so no one taste dominates. Keep an eye out for it at your nearest Mister Donut store if it sounds tasty to you -- happy eating! :)
