The first huge positive about this product is just how reasonable the price is, especially at a time where it feels like the prices of everything are just going up and up. At only 129 yen including tax, it's honestly cheaper than most convenience store baked goods -- a real steal, in my opinion! The double chocolate cream filling has a good flavor to it -- not overpoweringly chocolatey -- and the actual choux pastry dough has a chocolate flavor to it as well. It's a nice, budget-friendly treat for the chocolate lovers out there! Worth trying if you're passing by a Chateraise store!

I will say that even though this has chocolate choux pastry dough and a chocolate cream filling, the chocolatey taste is kinda muted. If you're looking for a super strong chocolate flavor then you might feel disappointed with this product, but for the super reasonable price I can't complain too much. Overall, if you're looking for a budget friendly sweet treat and you already enjoy choux cream puffs, then this is a solid choice. I'd give it four stars, would have probably given it five if the chocolatey taste was stronger. Give it a go if it sounds good to you!
