The good
If you're a fan of pudding, this new pudding choux from Beard Papa is a delicious option to try out! The top is coated in a caramel sauce, giving it a lovely, glossy look, and the inner filling is a custard flavored cream that is very reminiscent of the popular Japanese purin. The caramel coating adds a nice crispy crunch when you bite into it, and the combo of the caramel and custard flavors works really well together. I feel like the price isn't too bad, either, especially since these are freshly made at the store.
The not so good
The biggest downside of this product to me is that it's only around for a limited time! It's meant to be on sale until the end of August (literally August 31st), so if you want to try it for yourself I would recommend heading in to your nearest Beard Papa store sooner rather than later! Taste-wise, this is a real hit for me as someone who loves all kinds of custard flavored desserts, I just wish that it was available all the time!
