Super sweet local corn!

The members of my household are big fans of corn during summer, and if you have the "Gold Rush" variant near you I'd highly recommend it! They are super sweet (sweeter than any corn I've ever tried before!) and really delicious. 

You can tell from the presentation of these ones at my local farmer's market that they are grown with plenty of love and care, both thanks to their appearance and the little notice on the packaging that mentions they're grown with insect netting around them to keep them pest-free.
