The first thing that's really nice about this product (before you even try the millefeuille!) is the presentation. The box is really cutely designed, and the millefeuille inside are individually wrapped, so it's nice for gifting or sharing with others. The millefeuille flavors are tiramisu and rum raisin, and you get three pieces of each (so 6 individually wrapped items in the box). I really liked both types, and I think they pair nicely with a mid-morning or afternoon coffee as a little pick me up. With Valentine's Day coming up, these would also be nice for a gift that doesn't cost the earth!

These are only (as far as I know, anyway) a limited time thing, so if you find yourself really enjoying them you've only got a short window to get your hands on them. Always a bit of a bummer when that happens, but Kaldi always releases plenty of fun bits and pieces throughout the year. Overall, if you're looking for an accessible and <1000 yen sweet for a gift or even as an item to treat yourself with, then I think this is a nice option, especially if you like tiramisu or rum raisin flavors. Keep an eye out for them at your nearest Kaldi Coffee Farm store if they look appealing to you!
