This new DARS Premium chocolate variety is well worth trying if you like all things strawberry flavored as we head into the cooler months. The pieces of chocolate are "sandwich" style -- a layer of white chocolate on the top and bottom, and then the middle is a strawberry flavored chocolate which apparently contains 16.8% of actual fresh strawberries. I thought that was a pretty cool statistic, and I always like when it's actual fruit used rather than just artificial flavorings. Taste-wise, these are so delicious. The chocolate is super smooth, and I love that they're individually separated chocolate pieces rather than one big fused bar. Makes it easy to share, or just have a couple of pieces now and save the rest for later!

One key downside to this product (well, not actually the product) is that it's a limited time only thing. It's so delicious that I wish it was available all year round! If you enjoy all things strawberry flavored, I would highly recommend having a look at your nearest convenience stores or supermarkets to see if it's available near you. This would also be fun to pop into care packages you might be sending home for the tail end of the year (Christmas, New Years, etc). DARS chocolate has always been a hit when I've sent it back for people, and it's not too heavy to mail in a small parcel.
