If you really like indulgence when it comes to your sweet treats of choice, this limited time Godiva Chocolate Langue de Chat Choux from Beard Papa might be one to add to your radar! The cream filling is made with Belgian chocolate, the choux pastry is chocolate flavored, and there are Langue de Chat cookie pieces and chocolate curls added for good measure. Definitely one for the chocoholics out there, I think! Since it's quite a rich choux pastry, it's one I would recommend splitting with someone - my husband and I shared this, and both felt like half was more than enough!

There were a few downsides to note from my point of view. At 520 yen including tax, this is definitely one of the more expensive (if not the most expensive?!) choux pastries I've seen at Beard Papa. I always find that collaboration items are priced higher than regular menu options, but this feels high even for that. Also, as I mentioned above, it's a very rich and chocolatey dessert. I almost feel like some other flavor instead of more and more chocolate would have been nice, to cut through some of that richness. I'm sure some folks will think it's amazing, though!
