The description

This product is a Baymax-designed iron on patch (official Disney merch), and I found it at Daiso recently. It was priced at 100 yen plus tax (110 yen in total).

The good

If you have children, you probably know the feeling of pairs of pants succumbing to holes in the knees because of their myriad of outdoor activities. Daiso often has iron-on patches that work really well as a solution to this, like this super cute Baymax one I purchased recently. The price is obviously great at only 100 yen plus tax, and it's really easy to apply -- you don't need sewing skills or anything, so I think the accessibility element is great. This one also has a nice chenille finish, so it's a little more fun than the usual embroidered-finish styles. Patches like these are a good way to "save" a pair of pants that is otherwise in great condition, so I highly recommend the product. It saves money in the long run!

The not so good

Honestly, there's not a lot to complain about with this product. The price is excellent at only 100 yen plus tax, it's a really cheap way to "save" a pair of pants that have a hole in the knee (so much cheaper than buying an entirely new pair), and the ease of applying it is super simple -- just iron it on and you're ready to go, no sewing equipment or skills required. If you're not a Baymax fan, never fear, as Daiso has a bunch of different iron-on patches that might suit your child's interests a bit more. Well worth the 100 yen plus tax price tag!
