Halloween really is EVERYWHERE these days!

If your area of Japan is anything like mine, it seems like Halloween is really popping up in more and more ways here. I wrote recently about how one of my favorite local parks (Echigo Hillside Park) has bigger Halloween displays each year, but it's also happening in some more unconventional places!

I saw these statues at a local shrine which had been adorned with Halloween-themed costume items. They have been decorated at other times of the year with different themes, too!
