If you have kids, especially if they're younger ones, you might know the struggle of getting them to eat foods that are good for them. I feel like that's made exponentially easier when you add a fun character to the mix, and this Bifidus yogurt from the Morinaga brand has Pikachu emblazoned all over the packaging -- perfect for any Pokemon fans out there, whether that's an adult or a child! You get four pots of yogurt for only 213 yen (a pretty good deal!) and the flavor is good -- it's a "mixed juice" flavor so it really just tastes fruity. The benefit of this yogurt is that it contains bacteria that supports digestive health, so it's a really easy way to do something good for your (or your kiddos!) body.

This Pikachu themed packaging is (as far as I know) just a limited time thing, so it's probably only going to be on store shelves for a few weeks or months before disappearing. This is a staple flavor in their yogurt line, though, so if you find yourself liking the product you should still be able to get your hands on that -- just without the extra cute designs. Overall though, healthy yogurt, appeals to kids, and gets them to eat yogurt when otherwise they might turn their noses up at it -- I count all of that as a win. Keep an eye out for it at your nearest supermarket!
