Each year, Mister Donut releases a range of sakura-themed donuts to welcome spring, and this Spring Scented Strawberry Flavor option is the cheapest of the four for 2026. The donut dough itself is cherry blossom-flavored and has a nice chewiness to it, and it's simply coated with a strawberry-flavored glaze. I feel like the combo of the sakura and strawberry flavors work really well together, and this is a nice option if you don't need a ton of bells and whistles with your donuts and prefer simplicity in flavors and textures.

As I mentioned above, this donut is the cheapest one of the four on offer for this year but that also means it's the most basic. If you do prefer your donuts of choice to have a bit more going on with them (fillings, icing, textural crunch through things like nuts/cookie pieces/etc) then this one might feel a little bit lackluster for you. Overall though, my family and I really liked this one! The simplicity of flavors works in its favor, and I guess it also won some brownie points by being the easiest on the wallet!! Head in to your nearest Mister Donut store sooner rather than later if it sounds like a must-try item to you :)
