The description

This product is the new Haagen-Dazs "brulee cheesecake" ice cream flavor, and it's available for a limited time only. I found it at my local 7-11 and it was priced at 351 yen.

The good

If you're a cheesecake fan, this new brulee cheesecake ice cream offering from Haagen-Dazs is a delicious option to try out! The ice cream base itself has that rich yet tart cheesecake flavor to it, and scattered throughout the ice cream are little pieces of caramel chips to emulate that brulee feel. I think they add a fun bit of texture, too, if that's something you enjoy in your ice creams of choice! It is a bit pricier than a lot of other ice creams on the market, but I do feel like it has a bit more of a premium taste to it, so do with that information what you will!

The not so good

As I mentioned above, the price of this is higher than a lot of other ice cream products on the market right now. I do think it has a more premium feel, but if you're just looking for an icy treat and don't care too much about flavor or premium-quality, then I think there are much more economical (and just as delicious!) options available. Also, if you do find yourself really enjoying this, it is just a limited time offering. You could always stock up on a couple of extras and keep them in the freezer for when the craving strikes, provided you have the storage space to do so! Overall, very yummy, but I think trying it once was enough for me at that price point. Happy eating, and enjoy! :)
