I work from my computer a lot, which means I'm constantly looking at screens -- and subsequently straining my eyes. If that sounds like you as well, these eye masks from Relax Yutapon are really helpful. The mask is filled with a mix of azuki beans and ceramic beads, and you heat it up in the microwave to warm it. It might sound dangerous to heat something in the microwave and then place it on your face, but the instructions on the box let you know that if you overheat it, the product will actually have the word "danger" in Japanese displayed on it if it reaches a certain temperature. I thought that was pretty nifty! You can reheat and reuse this over and over (up to 365 times), but it's recommended to only do 4 x a day with 4 hours between sessions.

Of course, this is a handy product for relieving the symptoms of eye strain, but realistically I should just be trying to limit my screen time more! It's a little difficult when it's a big part of my job, but just something I personally need to be more mindful of. I like the product because it works, it's very relaxing, it's reusable, and quite reasonably priced -- especially when you factor in that reusability element. If you struggle with eye strain I'd recommend looking for this, it's out of stock right now on Amazon but I'm sure they have something similar at drug stores or online.
