I was pleasantly surprised by this pomegranate and blueberry Greek yogurt from Topvalu (Aeon's store brand). I feel like pomegranate is a less common yogurt flavor, so it's a nice change from the usual plain strawberry or blueberry options. The flavor has a nice sweetness with a little tartness from the berries, and it works well with the thick and creamy yogurt base. I also like that it feels quite substantial for a small pot. At 82 calories, with 9.2g of protein and almost no fat, it's a handy option for breakfast or a snack. The price is reasonable, too!

My main complaint is that the fruit flavor could have been a little stronger. Even though the pomegranate and blueberry combination was lovely, I would've liked a more noticeable fruity kick rather than having the yogurt taste take center stage. It's also not a massive serving, so if you're extra hungry, it might not be enough on its own. I'd recommend adding some granola to it, or even a bit of fresh fruit on the side if that's the case. The texture is thick, which I generally enjoy in Greek yogurt, but it may feel a little heavy if you prefer something lighter and more refreshing.
