Another dessert tofu, almond

After trying the sweet tofu that was meant to taste like pudding I had to try this other kind. Almond flavored tofu with what seems like a little bit of almond inside of it. 

I think the texture of this one would’ve been a little bit offputting for some. It wasn’t necessarily chunky but it wasn’t very smooth like tofu normally is. It had a bit of firmness to it that I rather liked and the flavor itself was  wonderful. I might personally prefer this more than pudding one.
