Sports Day over Golden Week

The mothering circle had their annual sports day on May 3rd and invited me. This year it was indoors because it had rained heavily that morning. 

It was great fun to watch a bunch of old ladies and sirs scrambling around playing sports day games. 

and of course, we started off with radio exercises.

Jake enjoyed the games as well. 

It is the little events that make rural living fun. I look forward to next year.
