The best salt candy

So summer is hot, especially in Japan where it is humid and there is little insulation. The amount of sweat that happens is unreal. But this also means everyone needs more fluid intake as well as more electrolytes. 

I personally need this more than others. My health issues often stem from my body not having enough sodium to keep my blood pressure up so I have fainting spells. 

In order to combat this, I need a lot of extra salt. So I tend to always have some kind of salt candy with me. 

My favorite is this one.

It has this amazingly smooth sweet coating with a perfectly salty sour inside. Most other salt candies tend to taste like sweetened salt, but this one is just really good. It also has other vitamins mixed in which is a perk. I drink lots of water to go with the extra salt, but this is a nice way to make sure my body keeps that hydration.
