“Japanese Classes for People living in Yokohama” Experience Seminar


When the voices of foreigners, who have studied Japanese before or are studying now, are put to use in Japanese classes, will the class activities be changed? At this seminar, you will be able to experience a Japanese class that both Japanese and foreigners have made. Through discussion and feedback, you will be able to learn the logic behind Japanese class activities.


Date&Time:

(1) Feb.2 (Fri), 12:30-15:30: Preliminary Seminar

(2) Feb.9 (Fri), 12:30-15:30: Japanese class experience No. 1

(3) Feb.16 (Fri), 12:30-15:30: Japanese class experience No.2

(4) Feb.23 (Fri), 12:30-15:30: Japanese class experience No.3

(5) Mar.2 (Fri), 13:30-15:30: Feedback of all the seminar


Location: YOKE conference room (5 min walk from Minatomirai Stn)  MAP


Limit: 20 people (10 foreigners who have studied Japanese and 10 volunteer Japanese teachers)


Eligibility: Foreigners who have studied Japanese before or are studying now or volunteer Japanese teachers who live or learn/teach in Yokohama


Fee: Free
