Tea Meeting with the Mayor
Meet and exchange ideas about themes concerning municipal administration with the Mayor over a cup of tea. It is a great opportunity for the citizens to get to know the Mayor in person and for the Mayor to hear the real voices of the citizens.
Limit: One group per day, chosen by lottery
Eligibility: People over 15 years old (junior high school students are not eligible.) who live, work, or go to school in Yokohama. Please apply in groups consisting of 5-10 members.
Date&Time: An hour meeting on a weekday afternoon, between October and March 2019 *dates will be decided after the applicants have been chosen.
Location: Mayor’s room (Yokohama City Hall, 1 min walk from JR Kannai Stn)
Fee: Free
To Apply: By July 31, please send e-mail or contact via the website with the group name, profile of the group, names of all the members, details of the theme you would like to talk about. Please also specify the leader’s name, T, Fax, and e-mail address.
