Rule Change at Citizens Advice Office
Shimin Sodan-shitsu, Citizens Advice Office offers special consultations.
Starting from April 1 this year, you can consult twice on the same matter within a fiscal year for legal consultation and once for judicial scrivener consultation.
(Until March 31, 2020): Limited to only one-time consultation on the same matter
(Starting from April 1, 2020): Legal consultation: twice on the same matter within a fiscal year
Shiho-Shoshi lawyer (judicial scrivener) consultation: once on the same matter within a fiscal year
Fiscal Year: April 1 (Wed) 2020 to March 31 (Wed) 2021
Eligibility: Yokohama citizens
Location: Yokohama City Hall, Shimin Sodan-shitsu, Citizens Advice Office
Fee: Free *Interpretation service is also free of charge
