japanese fish recipe


I love japanese cuisine;) And this is one of my favorite recipe. I don't know how they call it but, let me call it Iwashi roll cause the main ingredient is Iwashi. Roll the 1/2 part of deboned Iwashi ( you can buy a deboned in supermarkets), thin-sliced cheese and aoba leaf. Use a toothpick so it can hold and keep the pieces together. Heat a spoon of vegetable oil in a fry pan. And, you fry it;) Healthy and easy to cook. Sorry for the image it doesn't look beautiful but you'll have the idea of how it's done;) Try it!
