One of my work wardrobe essentials in winter is a simple, machine-washable sweater, preferably from natural fibers. I wear them over turtlenecks or cotton shirts. This time, I broke down and got one of the Amazon Essentials promoted products, a cotton/modal/polyester blend sweater in an appealing color. I've gotten these sweaters before. This one comes in over a dozen colors and patterns. I settled on a solid color, described as "deep blue". It's nearly a teal color. The sweater has a deep crew neck collar. It's a flattering shape.

This crew neck blended fiber sweater appealed to me because of the variety of colors and the washability. I'm pretty happy with it. The other Amazon Essentials items I've bought have stood up to routine washings and don't pill much. I'm happy with the quality. I would prefer to wear all-natural fibers, but I compromised on this one, a blend of cotton, modal, and polyester. But I figure that it will hold up to routine wearing and washing. The neck is quite deep, so it's best layered rather than worn alone.
