If you're hankering for an umami-rich snack and a fan of seaweed, this is for you. 7-11 convenience stores carry a rotation of 7 Premium branded potato chips which include this flavorful and crunchy snack - Nokosugiru potato chips with Korean nori seaweed. The chips come in a 60-gram bag which you could easily devour yourself. The thick-cut potato chips are satisfyingly crunchy. There's lots of flavor, too. The Korean nori seaweed is very tasty as it is roasted and seasoned. I've picked up two bags of this in January 2023.

I quite liked these generously seasoned potato chips and tried them twice. I wondered what the difference is between nori sourced from Japan and Korea. Korean nori sheets tend to be thicker than the Japanese variety, commonly used for kimbap, Korea's answer to makizushi. The nori is also roasted and seasoned to Korean tastes. 7 Premium branded snacks may not be available in all 7-11 convenience stores and might be discontinued, according to 7-11's product information page. The 60-gram bag is a bit slim, but it's not much more expensive than comparable chips.
