Chapter 2: Booking the tickets
We booked our tickets through Klook, which made the whole process super convenient. We got four tickets for 7,000 yen each, which I think is a pretty decent price for something this special. Our scheduled entry time was 2:30 p.m., but we decided to arrive early just to be safe. We didn’t want to risk missing anything.
Tip: Book your tickets as early as possible, especially if you’re planning to go on a weekend or holiday. Slots fill up quickly, and you don’t want to miss out. The studio tour runs on a timed-entry system, so once you select your time, that’s the only window you’re allowed to enter.
We chose the 2:30 p.m. time slot, which gave us enough time to travel without rushing in the morning. Even though our entry time wasn’t until the afternoon, we arrived much earlier—better safe than sorry! Keep in mind that you must enter within 30 minutes of your scheduled time, or you risk losing your spot.
Bring a printed ticket or have the QR code ready on your phone. Staff will scan it at the entrance, and you’re good to go!
