Kiri x Custard Cake
I rarely buy mini cakes nowadays but when I do it has a new flavour or flavour combination. The same goes with this one. It is a small cupcake sized cake with kiri (cream cheese) and berry jam in it. The filling itself was not a lot but still tasty. Since cream cheese is usually stored in the fridge I thought I'd give it a try and put these cakes in the fridge. The next day when I had a bite and it did indeed taste better than the day before when I ate one as is. However unless you want to bring or share a snack you could also recreate the taste with blueberry jam and kiri on toast.
