Barbecues-carnivals for carnivores

Yes, barbecues-where vows to go vegetarian meet their maker. I mean, I am in total agreement on many levels. It`s healthier. It`s better for the environment. It`s nicer to other living things-although technically, a carrot is just as alive as a cat. It doesn`t purr, but still...in any case, ten minutes into a barbecue and the idea is basically car bombed. I am working on it. I see it as a long-term goal.  Meanwhile, who has a good sauce recipe?
