I had a clogged sinus for a while and my girlfriend suggested I try these pills. After about two weeks of taking four pills before lunch and before dinner, I could feel a bit of the congestion clear up. The pills are small and easy to swallow, and the dosage is not as bad as it sounds. Four may seem like a lot but they didn’t taste too bad or get stuck in my throat. By the end of the bottle, I felt like my congestion was more or less gone. The ingredients are apparently all-natural, mostly based on plant extracts. Those apprehensive about taking hard medicines might want to give this product a try.

The side effects of this include a lot of phlegm. At around my second week of taking these pills, I had to spit out wads of thick, brownish mucus that was collecting at the back of my throat. That’s a pretty picture, I know. As with a lot of pills, these kind of taste better if left on your tongue a bit too long. Also, with the ingredients, since it is largely plant-based (from what I could read,) it might not work for everyone. Remember to consider allergies when picking up this product, as with any medicine.
