I am fan of doing some cardio activities. I love walking, running or jogging. And to tell you Imabari was a good plce for it! Since, I am living near with my family, our bonding was to go up in one of the best place for biking & jogging. Enjoy the fresh air , trees and birds while walking, running or jogging. After a hardworking exercise head to kurishimakaikyo bridge observatory. Feel the air breeze with a perfect view of sea water , mountains and the bridge. It's a "wow feeling" Seeing a excellent view after a hardworking exercise is very relaxing. Good for the mind and the body.
