Vice Sour/Kodama Sour

When I was at a cheap izakaya quite some time ago, I noticed a drink that I had never seen before.

Vice sour. It was cheap enough at 400 yen that I felt comfortable ordering without knowing exactly if I would like it or not.

What they brought to me was a glass with shochu inside and a bottle of a pink soft drink.

This soft drink, also called Kodama Sour, was a drink from decades ago, and now they are around to be mixed with shochu.

Taste-wise, it tastes a lot like plum-flavoured candies. I like how sweet it is and it helped balance out with the strong shochu in the glass. I really liked this!
