I found Crumpets in Japan!

It is easy to find hot dog buns, English muffins, and even packaged pancakes in Japan, but I never thought I would be able to find crumpets in Japan.

If you have never had one, you can get to Seijo Ishi to pick some up.

They are kind of like English muffin, but more airy and softer. The air holes are great for trapping jam and peanut butter.

The other side of the crumpet is actually complete flat, and it gets crispy if you toast it up.
