Avoid This Chu-hi (and a Much Healthier Alternative)

As my drinking at home increases and exercise decreases, I have been checking the sugar contents of the drinks before I get them.


So I want to suggest everyone to avoid this Top-Value 5% lemon chu-hi at Aeon.


It is cheap for less than 100 yen, sure, but for this 350 mL can, you are also drinking 17.5 g of sugar.

Ironically, the 9% strong only contains 2.8 grams instead. More buzz, same price, and way less sugar. Please, avoid the 5% can!

Just as a reminder, Top Value's happoshu are also crazy high in sugar content too. I have no idea what they are doing...
