Packaged Gyu-tan (Ox Tongue) Curry

Ox tongue or beef tongue is a delicacy in many countries, Japan included. But how does it taste in a Japanese curry?

On top of the Australian ox tongue, it also uses apples from Aomori and cherries from Yamagata to make this curry, and the result is a curry sauce with a complex yet easy to enjoy flavour that is on the sweet side, and it is great.

My one complaint would be that there was not a lot of ox tongue, and that is not an ingredient you can easily add yourself. However, a good curry is a good curry, and I enjoyed this a lot.
